Marta Sea Residence - Split

We had a great trip at this place; the host warmly welcomed us and provided detailed explanations about everything.

Its room was big with modern decor and 2 bathrooms, has a QUIET atmosphere.

Marvellous location not far from restaurants shops and grocery shops, a quiet neighbourhood with a range of restaurants shops and grocery shops nearby and really great sand beach, everything great. Vews of the ocean. Location close to old town. 10 minutes walk to Firule.

Stayed at a place with free WiFi, AC, and a garden. Had a laugh using the shared lounge. Oh, and I became a beachfront property owner, thanks to the balcony access!

Just loved trying to find free parking and dealing with limited towels. Such joy!

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming. The furniture has a lovely vintage touch that gave the place a cozy and warm atmosphere. The general areas, such as the lounge and terrace, were beautifully adorned with floral arrangements and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was top-notch. There were ramps and handrails in all the necessary places, making it very easy for us to navigate around, even with mobility issues.

It would have been even better if there were more activities or events specifically catered towards senior guests. While the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, it would have been wonderful to have more organized outings or gatherings where we could meet and socialize with other senior travelers.

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great location, close to the city center. Super comfortable king-sized bed for a great night's sleep.

The WiFi instructions were not clear and we couldn't figure out how to connect. It was not a big issue for us since we were out most of the time, but it would have been nice to have easy access to the internet.

The value for money was really good at Marta Sea Residence. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities a family could need. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a quick stroll to the city center.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu.

Great place! Always book here. Staff helped me with taxi first time. Wi-Fi, car park, kettle, kitchen, AC, shuttle. No pets/smoking. Coming back for Xmas!

We loved the spacious apartment with its modern amenities and comfortable beds. the location was great, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away and supermarkets within walking distance. As a family with children, we appreciated the two bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen.

power outage in the morning

The apartment at Marta Sea Residence in Split was amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances like a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge. I loved having a separate seating area and dining area in the living room, it made me feel right at home. The three bathrooms with showers and baths were a bonus, providing convenience and comfort for someone like me with physical handicaps. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during those hot summer days. the apartment was spacious and well-appointed, making my stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

Personally, I didn't find much use for the DVD player in the apartment. But I understand that others might enjoy it for some entertainment.

Dale, the host, was simply amazing! He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family. The location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood with everything we needed nearby and just a short walk to the city center. The super king bed in the main room was out of this world, providing the best sleep we've ever had. We will definitely be staying with Dale again, he truly deserves all the praise!
